AAG offers turnkey solutions ranging from concept, design, prototyping, testing and manufacturing of both power electronics controllers and motors to industrial OEM customers in North America and other global regions.

Competence in both engineering and manufacturing technologies
AAG maintains its technology competence in both engineering and manufacturing. Several of our technical team members have M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and are recognized experts in the field of motor drives and controls. With more than 50 years combined experience, our technical team is able to provide cutting edge designs for our customers and manufacture the designed products with the highest level of quality control.

Compliance to industrial design and manufacturing standards
AAG implements U.S. and European industry standards throughout our design, engineering and manufacturing processes. AAG engineers directly interface with local customers to understand their requirements and specifications. They take the lead on each project and work with our production team in China to ensure compliance with industrial standards and customer specifications, including those for production process control and QA testing. Our factories are all IATF16949 certified.
